Your journey begins! In the afternoon you will arrive at Maun International Airport. You will be welcomed by our professional tour guide, standing outside the arrival section holding a signboard you’re your name on it with Wildlife Exploration Safaris logo.  

A drive of almost 93 KM distance will take you to Moremi Game Reserve for your first destination. You should arrive at camp around sunset, after a quick familiarisation yourself with the area for an afternoon game drive.

Early morning rise with tea, coffee and a light breakfast served by the fire. We will then depart in our game drive vehicle/s for the morning, back to camp for a brunch/lunch and then siesta/showers/chill time. Afternoon lunch will be served under the Mess tent and then out for an afternoon/early evening drive.

Moremi offers a fantastic authentic and rustic safari experience in a pristine environment. The river offers traditional mokoro or canoe rides along the crystal clear waterways of the Okavango Delta and boat cruise safaris through the game-rich delta. You will spend another night here in our tented safari accommodation, where you have a beautiful view of the delta. Around camp fire, you can enjoy the setting sun. And experience stargazzing on the African sky.

Spending our third day camping in Moremi, we explore the surrounding wilderness on game drives during the day. The Moremi Game Reserve forms part of the unique ecosystem called the Okavango Delta and Moremi covers up to one third of the Okavango. The total area of the Okavango covers up to 18 000 square kilometres of which the Moremi Game Reserve is 5000 square kilometres. We will meet around the camp fire for a snack and refreshments at sunset before we retire to bed. It is in our colourful lentil lamp lit mess tent or under the starlit sky that you will enjoy your 3 course meal that has been prepared over the fire by our incredible Chef. 

As today is your last day in Botswana, we drive back to Maun, en-route game view safari. Enjoy your final morning activities followed by a leisurely breakfast before being collected at the camp and transferred back to Maun International Airport, where you board your connecting flight back home.
